Day #9: A Photo(s) I Took
The beauty about living in California is you are close to the ocean, you are close to the snowy mountains in the winter (the level land of California itself, where my family resides, does not contain snow at any time of the year), you are close to the big city, and you are close to the desert. Sunsets array the skies often. When it rains hard in the wintertime like it has the past few weeks, the mountains pile up with snow, and we experience breathtaking views of those gorgeous mountains. It is completely wonderful here. The weather can't be beat, the Pacific Ocean is incredible, the brilliant starlit skies in the desert is mind-boggling. I cannot imagine living anywhere else, but California. However, I have only visited three other states, so I can't draw any conclusions based on California being the best state (in terms of beauty) in the US. But, I believe California is, at least, in the Top 10. Here are three photos I took:

You live in a California!!!?!?!?!?! Wow... that's awesome!
Great pictures. :) *sigh* I'm destined for California... I know it's true. Texas is so overrated.

Bleah,
Yeah, I love it here. The only problem is the state government is in the toilet. Other than that, it is a remarkable place to live. You would love it here. :)
Sarah,
I like the third one. It kind of looks like an hourglass. The hourglass "sun" is counting down the seconds until it will set beyond the horizon of the ocean. Thanks. :)
I absolutely LOVE that last picture--it's AMAZING!
